Christine Yuengel, M.D.
“Dr. Chris” founded this Winston Salem practice in 1997, and has seen it grow over the past several years, while preserving the emphasis on individual patient care. The focus of the practice includes clinical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic enhancement.
The practice is one of a few dermatologic practices in North Carolina that is accredited by AAAHC, which is an organization that certifies a practice meets an excellent standard of care.
Dr. Yuengel is a board certified dermatologist and has been in medical practice since 1988. She completed her dermatology residencies at UTHSCD-Dallas and the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Her medical degree was earned at UMDNJ-Rutgers Medical School, now known as Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine.
Dr. Yuengel is a member of various organizations that include the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatology, the Society for Pediatric Dermatology, the International Society of Dermatology, and the Women’s Dermatologic Society.
On a personal note, Dr. Chris has one daughter and enjoys quilting and traveling in her spare time.
Debbie A. Hauser, PA-C, MHS
Debbie Adams Hauser is a native of Yadkin County, NC, and has practiced dermatology in Winston-Salem since 1994.
She graduated from the Wake Forest University Physician Assistant program and then obtained her Masters of Health Science degree. Debbie worked at Wake Forest University School of Medicine’s dermatology outpatient surgical center for 6 years and has been in private practice since.
Debbie is a founding member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, served on the Physician Assistant Advisory Council of the North Carolina Medical Board and has chaired the Physicians Assistant Section with the NC Medical Society, spearheading a 3 year statewide program in suicide prevention.
Debbie has special expertise in laser treatments and surgery. Debbie is married, has one daughter, and enjoys beekeeping, boating, and adventure travel.
Janet Kosloske – Cosmetic Medical Aesthetician
Janet is a Minnesota native who joined this practice in 2005 with over 14 years experience in the medical field working with plastic surgeons and dermatologists. Janet has focused her training on the functioning of the skin, and how cosmetic treatments can enhance appearance and function.
Janet maintains active involvement with the Society of Dermatology Skincare Specialists and the Society of Plastic Surgery Skincare Specialists, and consults with patients about options for cosmetic procedures offered here and elsewhere. She has one son. She enjoys fashion, friends, and family.
Lindsay Belden, ANP-BC
Winston-Salem Dermatology and Surgery Center is proud to have Lindsay Belden on staff as our nurse practitioner. Lindsay received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2008 and in 2010 she graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she received her Master of Science in Nursing. She is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner.
Lindsay is a member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners and the Dermatology Nurses Association. Lindsay is excited to meet you and welcomes your appointment.
Erica A. Kelly, PA-C
Erica A. Kelly, PA-C is a Physician Assistant with over 8 years experience who joined our practice in 2014. Erica received her Bachelor of Science in 1995 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated from Wake Forest University School of Medicine Physician Assistant Program in 2005.
Erica is certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and she is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Dermatology Association. She treats all disease of the skin in adults and children.
